1. Digital Products and Delivery

Piecemarks provides high-resolution digital image files (murals). Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded. We do not provide physical prints.

2. Refund Policy

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from downloading your purchased mural, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. If we cannot resolve the issue and provide your file, we will issue a full refund. We do not offer refunds for change of mind after a successful download.

3. License and Usage

When you purchase a Piecemarks mural, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the image for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• You may: Print the image for personal use, display it in your home or office, and share it on personal social media accounts.
• You may not: Resell the digital file, sell physical prints of the file, use the image in commercial products, or redistribute the file for profit.

4. User Content

By creating a mural, you acknowledge that the photos used are sourced from Unsplash and are subject to the Unsplash License. The compiled mural design is a derivative work generated by our service.

5. Limitation of Liability

Piecemarks and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use the service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will always post the most current version on our website.
